If any of the Ozzi Mozzie™ products do not live up to their claims, just send us an email at support@ozzimozzie.com.au and you will be able to claim a full refund, provided it is within 90 days of delivery.


To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below and we will be more than happy to assist you.




How do I return something?


Our Returns Policy time-frame is 90 days from when an order arrives at your address. If you wish to initiate a return please contact us at support@ozzimozzie.com.au. We will guide you through the returns process and send you a RMA form that needs to be included with your parcel


When you’re shipping your items back to us, the best idea is to choose a mailing option which gives you the option to track the package, as well as one that offers you compensation for loss of or damage to your parcel. If the package doesn’t reach us, we won’t be able to process your return, so it’s important that you make sure it stays safe in transit.


Please wrap your package carefully so it doesn’t get damaged in the returns process, as we won’t be able to exchange or refund damaged products.


We will notify you of your refund within seven days of receiving our item. Please note that once your refund is approved, it will be processed and you should receive it within 3-10 business days, depending on your banks processing time.


Please note that original priority shipping fees are non-refundable.



Defective Product


We're incredibly confident in the quality of our product. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion a product may damage during transit or arrive defective. If this is the case, please email us at support@ozzimozzie.com.au with proof of the defective product and we will provide a choice of a free re-shipment of the product or an immediate refund on purchase. Emails for defective product must be sent within 90 days of delivery of the product.




Cancellation Terms


If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Once an order is in our system, it can’t be edited and we can’t usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it’s important that you let us know as early as possible. If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund. If we’re unable to do so, don’t worry! You can return your order to us using the process above.
